These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the website [www.softskillsclub.ch] (hereinafter "Website") as well as the purchase of memberships with the Softskillsclub St. Gallen (hereinafter "Association", "we", "us").

By purchasing a membership through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

The association offers students the opportunity to become members and participate in workshops, events, and other activities related to soft skills.

4. Membership and conclusion of contract

The membership contract is concluded upon completion of the payment process on our website.

There is no registration requirement on the website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

5. Prices and payment terms

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and do not include VAT, as the association is not subject to VAT.

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Credit card (via Stripe)

• PayPal

• Apple Pay

Payment is due immediately. Access to the association's services will only be granted after successful receipt of payment.

6. Right of withdrawal

Since membership is a leisure service with a fixed service period (Section 40a of the Swiss Code of Obligations), there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Refunds are excluded, except in the event of cancellation by the club.

7. Disclaimer

The association assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use of the website or from participation in association offers, to the extent permitted by law.

No liability is assumed for technical failures of the website or payment service providers.

8. Data protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy and in compliance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).
Payments are made via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal), whose privacy policies also apply.

10. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, Switzerland, unless otherwise provided by law.
