Our vision

At the University of St. Gallen, the focus is on hard skills. However, employers increasingly expect strong soft skills in professional life.

The Soft Skills Club closes this gap. With practical workshops and events on topics such as public speaking, team leadership, networking, and stress management, we create a space for targeted personal development.

We offer our members a protected environment to learn, train, and sustainably strengthen these skills – for their personal development and their careers.

Just as the University of St. Gallen is known for excellence in hard skills, the SSC is intended to serve as a platform for soft skills.
