In the workshop "Leadership and Culture in the Banking Sector," we were pleased to welcome Remo Maurer, who, with 20 years of experience at HSBC and Credit Suisse, brought fascinating insights into the world of banking. The workshop explored which leadership skills are particularly valued in the banking sector, which challenges currently shape the industry, and what role corporate culture plays in banks.
A lively Q&A session followed, during which Remo Maurer addressed the participants' questions openly and directly. We ended the evening together at Adhoc with beer and Aperol, a perfect conclusion before the break for the spring semester of 2026.
